  3. We test your setup. Check how shoppers sign up for texts, what triggers messages and / or what customer data your store shares, depending on your package.
  4. Receive your report. Findings, evidence and fix recommendations. Optional short call.
Questions before you start?
Is this legal advice?

No. This is a technical and procedural compliance audit. We identify gaps and recommend fixes. Consult a licensed attorney for legal advice. An audit does not guarantee protection from lawsuits or regulatory action.

Do you need access to Klaviyo?

Access to Klaviyo or Attentive is preferred for reviewing internal flows. A public-facing audit is possible, and you can provide screenshots instead. We never ask you to send passwords through the order form.

Do you only audit Shopify stores?

Primarily Shopify, but we can audit other e-commerce stores too. The scope is your consent, messaging and tracking setup.

What if we don’t send SMS?

Choose the Customer Privacy Check for $797. We review what data your site shares, compare it with your privacy policy and test whether visitors can actually stop the sharing. You don’t need to send texts to use this package.

Will we get a badge or certificate?

No. You receive an audit report with findings and recommendations. We do not provide certification, a compliance badge or legal protection.

Can we pay by card?

Yes. Once online checkout is available, one-time card payments are processed securely through Stripe. There is no subscription.

How fast will we get the report?

The SMS Marketing Check takes 5–10 business days; the Customer Privacy Check takes 3–7 business days; the combined SMS + Privacy Check takes 7–12 days; and Fix Verification takes 3–5 days. Timelines start after payment and receipt of the required information. Rush adds 35% for a 3–5 day turnaround.
